The switch over from our previous printing service to BrandDemand was much easier than expected. We have a large network of accountants and needed to cater for them and their staff to be able to place orders online. The BrandDemand system comes with a clever piece of code which means our accountants do not need to remember their passwords, as long as they can access our secure support website, they can then order via their BrandDemand portal very easily. This reduces the need for my team to store passwords and the our Client Service Team take away a great deal of hassle for us. The team are always available to help or fix anything that may need adjusting allowing the service to run smoothly.
